One App Store application we really like is Quickoffice Files, which allows you to download or place files on your iDisk, and email them to colleagues. You can also connect your Mac to the iPhone to drop files between the devices.
This is a great way to carry files with you. You can drop a few documents onto the iPhone from your Mac, and then when travelling you can place these files on your iDisk or email them to colleagues. It makes the iPhone a handy office device, and not just useful for sending short email messages.
